Lilit is specialized in preparing of individual orthopedic insoles. Like no one else, she knows that the health of the spine, hip and knee joints directly depends on the condition of feet. The special structure of the foot and its indispensable role as the base of the human body largely determine the ability of the body to cope with physical stress throughout life.

Lilit successfully mastered the specialty of massage therapist at the Medical College. She graduated from the Institute of Physical Education and Sports with the degree of kinesio-therapist and a teacher of Physical Education.

Lilit did not stop there and continued her education at Yerevan State Medical University named after Heratsi, at the faculty of Kinesiology and Rehabilitation.
