Started his work at Luys Barry as a prosthetist in 2023.
Karen began his long professional career in 1995 when he joined the Stepanakert Prosthetic and Orthopedic Center. In 1997 he studied at Yerevan Center for Prosthetics and Staff Training. He successfully completed three-year course and received the profession of an orthopedic technician. Two years later he became the head of a prosthetic workshop.
Karen has worked in Europe under the guidance of the best masters of OTTO BOCK, German innovative company in the field of limb prosthetics.
He has attended exhibitions for technical specialists in Europe and in Russia for many times. He has a huge number of certificates for participation in trainings and workshops on the latest technologies.

In 2021, after the 44-day war, Karen was appointed the chief specialist of the Committee of RA that determines the activity of patients and the type of prosthesis.
Since 2021, he has been teaching prosthetics and orthotics at the Yerevan State Medical University after Heratsi. He has state awards.
From March 2021 to March 2023, he worked at the rehabilitation center "Soldier's House" as a senior specialist on prostheses.
Now Karen is an indispensable part of Luys Barry's professional team.
